Daniel Poleshchuk

was born on the 11th February 1996 in Israel.

He is Professional Squash Player, travelling on the PSA world tour.

Daniel started playing squash at the age of 7 and very soon was driven with the ambition of becoming a serious squash player, hopefully becoming good enough to attain a world ranking

At the age of 13, he has moved to England where he was studying and training in Millfield School for five years. There, Daniel was coached by the great six times British Open Champion Jonah Barrington and Ian Thomas.

Hard training and dedication has resulted in him becoming Israeli Junior Squash Champion at all age levels up to and including the under 19 division four times in a row, Israeli Men's Champion twice in a row and also winning a Gold Medal at the Men's Maccabi Games in 2013

At the same time he has not only represented Israel at all age levels but have also won many International European Squash Federation recognised squash tournaments and has been ranked number one in all age categories.

In February 2015, Daniel won his first PSA tournament in his professional career and became the first Israeli ever to achieve this.

Currently, Daniel is based in Bielsko - Biala (Poland), Where he is coached by Maciej Klis who was the Polish National coach for the past five years.
